The first and foremost activity is stress awareness. It is important that people are first aware of the impact of Stress thus ISMA has initiated Stress awareness lectures and workshops in the first one decade and sensitized the importance of the stress awareness. Subsequently,  introduced two unique concepts, i.e. NSAD & SAM to promote stress awareness comprehensively in our country. ISMA has conducted Stress Awareness Month (SAM) for three years, i.e. 2012, 2013 and 2014 in entire April month throughout the country with the help of ISMA members and allied professionals. 

ISMA is committed to bringing out stress awareness among public and professionals in the society. It has also organized National Stress Awareness Day on 6th November 2012 throughout the country. It also supported to celebrate in all member organization/institute to create awareness about stress and its management throughout the country.
