Veronica is a registered organizational psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA), she conducts stress management training and provides organizational psychological support to individuals, small businesses and large corporations in last three decads. With a background in the medical education of General Practitioners, Specialists and Allied Health Practitioners, Veronica consults on training programs for pharmaceutical companies, conducts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) interviews for Vocational Rehabilitation Companies and provides placement and recruiting services to organizations. Providing full psychometric assessments (including the Spielberger State / Trait Anger and Anxiety assessments), Veronica is an accredited Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) Practitioner with the Harvard Business School and assesses EIQ and emotional agility either online or face- face. Provide this service for CEO’s, Heads of Departments, Academic Deans and other senior management roles where obtaining an edge on the competition is crucial for survival in the business world. She submitted her PhD thesis in Neuropsychology this year (2023(to University of Western Australia.

Mridula Sinha Ji, Governor of Goa in 2017, Outstanding Contribution Award by IAHP in 2016, Young Scientist Award by IAAP in 2007 and Dr. Tara Naidu Award by Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS) in 2002. He has participated and contributed in more than 50 conferences, seminars, webinars and training workshops as resource person and speaker.
Dr Jamuna Rajeswaran is working as Professor and Consultant Clinical Neuropsychology & Cognitive Neuroscience Centre, NIMHANS. She is Adjunct Faculty at NIAS, IISc, Bangalore. Her specialization is in the area of Clinical Neuropsychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. She has pioneered the Holistic Neuropsychological Rehabilitation and She is the first person to introduce Neurofeedback training work in India after obtaining training in Neurofeedback Therapy from the Brain Masters, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. She has guided several M.Phil , Ph.D Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuroscience, M.Ch Neurosurgery, D M Neurology & Neuroanesthesia and M.D Psychiatry thesis. She has presented 635 papers in several National and International conferences and published more than100 articles in National and International journals
Dr. K. Jayasankara Reddy Presently working as a Professor of Psychology, Christ University, Bangalore. He is guiding a team of research scholars for the award of M. Phil and Ph. D degree in Psychology in the area of Neuropsychology, Cognitive Neuroscience and Health Psychology. He is also Chairman and Member of Academic council, Board of Studies and Board of Examination in Psychology for PG/ M. Phil/ PhD programs in various universities and autonomous colleges. He has span of 17 years of experience in academic, research and consulting in Neuropsychology and in Cognitive Neuroscience. He has contributed about 15 research articles which are published in various Journals and conference proceedings. He has presented more than 30 research papers in various National and International conferences. He has received three times Best Research Paper Award in the area of Neuro Psychology in various National and International conferences. Further, he has delivered Lectures and invited talks in various National Seminars/Workshops/Conferences and acted as a Resource Person for Refresher Courses in various colleges and conferences.
Dr. B.Udaya Kumar Reddy had two decades of post-doctoral experience in the areas of stress training, research, consultancy and counseling and is presently strengthening Stress Management Lab Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad, India in the capacity of Director (Training & Consultancy). Dr. Reddy worked as Professor in Dr. MCR HRD Institute, Govt. of A.P., Hyderabad, India. He also worked as Stress Management Consultant (Hon.), Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit, Mediciti & Care Hospital, Hyderabad, India. Dr. Reddy is the founder of International Stress Management Association (ISMA), India chapter (1999). He worked extensively in the area of Organisational Stress Audit, interventions and stress management policy at workplace. He has given keynote addresses and presented several papers at national and international conferences in the areas of stress and positive psychology in India and abroad. Dr. Reddy had his Masters Degrees in philosophy, psychology and management; he took his Ph.D. in the area of stress management.
She has undertaken multiple research projects around health issues among adolescent girls, reproductive health, female feticide, gender equality as an attractive value at work place, and workplace challenges of Indian women. Her ongoing project ‘Understanding the Vulnerabilities of Indian Female Migrants during COVID 19 Pandemic: Rethinking Policies for Better Integration of Immigrant Women’s Work Lives’ seeks to uncover aspirations of young educated Indian women.
