Alexander Haener is working as a keynote speaker, seminar trainer and individual coach with the topics of stress and resilience. He is founder and owner of Phoenix Resilience, a company based in Switzerland and organises the annual “NoStress-Kongress” in Basel. 2017 he wrote the autobiographic book “pitch-black – the different resilience-book”.
After a burnout fifteen years ago he was forced to ask himself how he got into this life crisis and started his research about stress, factors that can trigger it, our energy resources and how to strengthen resilience. Providing full psychometric assessments (including the Spielberger State / Trait Anger and Anxiety assessments), Veronica is an accredited Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) Practitioner with the Harvard Business School and assesses EIQ and emotional agility either online or face- face. She has pioneered the Holistic Neuropsychological Rehabilitation and  She is the first person to introduce Neurofeedback training work in India after obtaining training in Neurofeedback Therapy from the Brain Masters, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. She has guided several M.Phil , Ph.D Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuroscience, M.Ch Neurosurgery, D M Neurology & Neuroanesthesia  and M.D Psychiatry thesis. She has presented 635 papers in several National and International conferences and published more than100 articles in National and International journals

He is having more than 15 years of experience in Teaching, Research, Administration and Training.  He is currently working as Professor of Psychology and Personnel Management and Industrial Relations in the Department of Psychology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is a well-known Trainer and Coach in the field of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Development and its Management. Dr. Kumar is founder Secretary of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SOIOP), Varanasi, U.P., India. Dr. Kumar has organized symposia and workshops at various national and international platforms. He has travelled to South Africa, France, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Canada to organize symposia and paper presentations. Dr. B.Udaya Kumar Reddy had two decades of post-doctoral experience in the areas of stress training, research, consultancy and counseling and is presently strengthening Stress Management Lab Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad, India in the capacity of Director (Training & Consultancy). Dr. Reddy worked as Professor in Dr. MCR HRD Institute, Govt. of A.P., Hyderabad, India. He also worked as Stress Management Consultant (Hon.), Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit, Mediciti & Care Hospital, Hyderabad, India.  Dr. Reddy is the founder of International Stress Management Association (ISMA), India chapter (1999). He worked extensively in the area of Organisational Stress Audit, interventions and stress management policy at workplace. He has given keynote addresses and presented several papers at national and international conferences in the areas of stress and positive psychology in India and abroad. Dr. Reddy had his Masters Degrees in philosophy, psychology and management; he took his Ph.D. in the area of stress management.

Professor Urmi Nanda Biswas is an applied social psychologist, with a focus on health, gender, and workplace behaviour. She has over 25 years of postgraduate teaching and research experience. Before joining Ahmedabad University, she worked as a Professor and Head of Department of Psychology in the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.

She has undertaken multiple research projects around health issues among adolescent girls, reproductive health, female feticide, gender equality as an attractive value at work place, and workplace challenges of Indian women. Her ongoing project ‘Understanding the Vulnerabilities of Indian Female Migrants during COVID 19 Pandemic: Rethinking Policies for Better Integration of Immigrant Women’s Work Lives’ seeks to uncover aspirations of young educated Indian women.
